Pure Industrial Pays $81M for Southeast Portfolio
Pure Industrial Real Estate Trust acquired a six-property portfolio from STAG Industrial Inc. The Canadian REIT paid $81 million for assets in Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC. The 1.5-million-square-foot portfolio consists of warehouse/distribution facilities that are 100% leased to seven tenants, with a weighted average lease of 4.5 years.
The properties in the portfolio include:
Atlanta Area
- 3755 Atlanta Industrial Pkwy.
- 2107 Eastview Pkwy.
- 2175 E. Park Dr.
- 1975 Sarasota Pkwy.
Charlotte Area
- 3700 Display Dr.
- 4205 Westinghouse Commons
