Pure Development Snags Project Sites at Camp Hall
CBRE has arranged the $7.4 million sale of two adjacent development sites totaling 26.4 acres at Camp Hall in Charleston, SC. The firm’s Robert Barrineau, Brendan Redeyoff and Tim Raber represented the seller, Santee Cooper, in the transaction. Pure Development purchased the sites and will build a pair of spec industrial buildings totaling 428,000 square feet.
“Camp Hall is one of the region’s most active industrial parks with a well-balanced roster of tenants that include automotive, EV supply chain, technology, logistics and cold storage users,” said Barrineau. “These building will fill a huge demand as the Charleston industrial market continues to see record demand with historically low vacancy rates.”
Pure Development’s projects are scheduled to commence construction in Q3 and will feature a 306,000-square-foot building with 30 dock doors and 32’ clear height plus a 122,000-square-foot warehouse with 13 dock doors and 32’ clear height. CBRE has been retained to lease the developments.
