Pura Vida Bracelets Establishes HQ in La Jolla

Pura Vida Bracelets plans to open a headquarters location in downtown La Jolla, CA. The 5,500-square-foot deal is with Manchester Financial Group, landlord of the five-story office building at 7979 Ivanhoe Ave.

The property features balconies, and has a 180-degree ocean view from La Valencia to the cove. The handmade jewelry company will be housed on the fourth floor. The architect, Hollander Design Group, designed an open floor plan that includes polished concrete floors, multiple collaboration rooms, a new kitchen, and a product display area featuring an ‘Instagram wall,’ where customers can come in and snap a photo and purchase products.

Cresa’s Beau Velten and Rich Porreco represented the tenant. CBRE’s Annie Caldwell, Matt Carlson and Jeff Oesterblad advised the landlord.

Caldwell says, “It’s exciting to see two San Diego companies partnering to create a headquarters space that will perfectly serve Pura Vida’s corporate growth,

and be an environment where their employees can thrive.”
