Publix Opens 25K-SF GreenWise Organic Grocery in Odessa

Publix Super Markets Inc. has opened a 25,147-square-foot GreenWise Market location in Odessa. The market is the fourth Florida location for the concept.

Located in the Preserve Marketplace shopping center along State Road 54, it is approximately 25 miles north of Tampa. The 56,331-square-foot shopping center is owned by the Sembler Co.

The new GreenWise includes five “experience zones” labeled as Cares (vitamins and soaps), Cuts (meats), Eats (prepared meals), Finds (wine and cheese) and Pours (a bar serving wine, coffee and beer that patrons can sip while shopping). Currently, there are eight GreenWise locations in the Southeast. Another GreenWise is slated to open June 20 in Ponte Vedra.
