Publix-Anchored Shopping Center in Orlando Trades for $8M

JLL has arranged the $7.6 million sale of Columbia Promenade, a 65,853-square-foot, Publix-anchored shopping center in the Kissimmee area of Orlando. Completed in 2000, the 92% leased center is located at 1251 W. Columbia Ave.

Brad Peterson, Whitaker Leonhardt and Tommy Isola of JLL represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The property was marketed in coordination with Ten-X. The buyer was PMAT Cos.

“Grocery-anchored assets are our ‘bread and butter,’ and we are excited to close on yet another Florida grocery-anchored center after focusing primarily on opportunities in the Midwest recently,” said Kevin Kush, president at PMAT. “In fact, this transaction is our second Publix-anchored acquisition in the last two months.
