Publisher Leases 60K-SF in Midtown
Media company Informa PLC signed a 10-year lease for 59,613 square feet of office space at 605 Third Ave., a 1.1-million-square-foot office tower in Midtown Manhattan.
Built in 1963, the tower just received a $25 million renovation, including a brand new building entrance and lobby designed by award-winning architect David Rockwell and the Rockwell Group.
“The reimagined 605 Third Avenue continues to attract a wide range of world-class companies that are seeking a fully modernized environment with distinctive design in a convenient Midtown location,” said Ken Fisher, partner with owner Fisher Brothers, which was represented in the transaction by its own staff and Cushman & Wakefield.
Informa will relocate to the tower from multiple locations. “Informa’s colleagues are very excited to come together within one space, after many years working in multiple locations,” said Michael Movshovich, senior vice president for CBRE, which represented the tenants.
