Publicis Expansion Brings 35 W. Wacker to 100% Occupancy
Publicis has expanded its already massive footprint at 35 W. Wacker Dr. by 50,000 square feet in a renewal and consolidation. The communications giant, which is consolidating from three other Chicago-area locations, will now occupy 681,545 square feet at the property.
The Publicis expansion brings the 1.1-million-square-foot 35 W. Wacker, also known as the Leo Burnett Building, to 100% occupancy. The remaining 430,000 square feet is occupied by law firm Winston & Strawn.
CBRE’s Drew Nieman and Christy Domin represented the property’s owner, an investor account advised by the U.S. real estate business of UBS Asset Management. Mike Christian and Steve Schneider of Cushman & Wakefield advised Publicis.
