Psychology Today Mag Signs New Lease in Flatiron District 

Sussex Publishers LLC, known as Psychology Today, has signed a 3,285-square-foot lease at 16 West 22nd St in Flatiron District.  

Relocating from 115 East 23rd Street, Psychology Today was founded in 1967. The behavioral science media brand looks to aid individuals in managing mental health, wellness, and relationships.  

The 1910-built 16 West 22nd Street exudes neo-Renaissance charm, housing establishments like Michelin-starred Cote and Zero Otto Nove. Barbara Yagoda of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, while Doug Rice of Rice & Associates LLC represented Psychology Today.
