Providence St. Joseph Health Lands at LPC’s Wateridge

NAI Capital, Inc. negotiated a long-term lease of 25,977 square feet on behalf of Providence St. Joseph Health. The not-for-profit health system’s newest facility will be opening at Lincoln Property Company’s Wateridge campus at 5100 West Goldleaf Circle in Los Angeles. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Wateridge facility is a high-image 330,000-square-foot Class A office campus situated on the bluffs of Los Angeles. The 21-acre park-like setting features cascading water and lush landscaping throughout.

NAI Capital, Inc.’s Matt Ehrlich represented the tenant. The owner was advised by L.A. Realty Partners.

Providence St. Joseph Health is a new organization created by Providence Health & Services and St. Joseph Health, with the goal of improving the health of the communities it serves, especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
