Providence Mixed-Use Complex Inks Trio of Leases

The Armory Revival Company signed a trio of leases totaling more than 40,000 square feet of office space at Rising Sun Mills in Providence, RI. The deals were with GZA Geo Environmental, Inc., a leading geotechnical engineering firm with more than 550 employees in 26 offices; EpiVax, a Rhode Island-based biotechnology company with clients worldwide; and Bisbano + Associates, Inc., a 25-year old architectural firm with a national client roster.

Located at 166 Valley St., the Woonasquatucket River corridor property encompasses 313,000 square feet of mixed uses, including 135 residential units and 130,000 square feet of commercial space originally developed by a partnership of The Armory Revival Company and Baltimore-based Struever, Eccles & Rouse

CBRE’s John Butterworth represented GZA Geo Environmental. CBRE’s Andrew Galvin advised the landlord as the exclusive leasing agent of the property.
