Global communications firm Prosek Partners will move its New York City headquarters to the recently renovated 28 E. 28th St.

Prosek Partners Makes Headquarters Move to 28 E. 28th

George Comfort & Sons, Inc. and its partners, Jamestown and Loeb Partners Realty, have signed Prosek Partners to a 34,000-square-foot office lease at 28 E. 28th St., formerly known as 63 Madison Ave. The award-winning global communications firm’s New York City headquarters will occupy the entire 15th floor at the recently renovated Class-A tower in the fourth quarter of this year, following a move from 105 Madison Ave.

A portfolio-wide program of major renovations across George Comfort & Sons’ portfolio has meant a new lobby designed by Studios at 28 E. 28th and a new retail presence anchored by the 60,000-square-foot Whole Foods Market, which just opened at the base of the building.

Prosek Partners was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Barry Zeller, Jonathan Serko and Barry Garfinkle.  The property was represented in-house by Peter S. Duncan, Matt Coudert and Alex Bermingham of George Comfort & Sons.
