PROS Leases Remaining 118K SF at Kirby Collection

Cloud software company PROS leased the remaining 118,000 square feet of office space at Kirby Collection in Houston. The new tenant will relocate from its current space at 3100 Main St. to become the anchor tenant for 3200 Kirby, the Kirby Collection’s office component. Additional office tenants include Hancock Whitney Bank, Novum Energy Trading, Lukoil, Alexander Group, and Regency Centers.

“We are excited to announce the successful completion of office leasing at Kirby Collection,” said Joseph Sitt, Chairman with New York City-headquartered Thor Equities Group, Kirby Collection’s owner/developer.

The mixed-use Kirby Collection has two levels of retail space totaling 65,000 square feet. The development also includes the Residences at Kirby Collection, a 25-story, 385,000-square-foot residential tower encompassing 199 luxury rental apartments.
