Proptech Firm Inks Lease at EverWest’s Beltway 8

Denver-based EverWest Real Estate Investors has attracted a new office tenant to its Beltway 8 office asset. Sourcepoint, Inc. has committed to 34,852 square feet, bringing the EverWest property to 100% occupied.

“The pandemic has had a notable impact on leasing volume in metro Houston, keeping many office users on the sidelines as they wait to make any long-term real estate decisions,” said EverWest managing director Della Wegman. “Times like this make a building’s location and operating condition more critical than ever.”

Sourcepoint, a provider of technology-based solutions to the U.S. mortgage industry, will use the space for mortgage underwriting, processing and closings. The company, already located in Houston, is scheduled to move to the 8101 building in late 2020.

JLL’s John Pruitt, Jessica Ochoa and Jack Russo represented EverWest. Colliers International’s Mia Jarrell, Bob Parsley and Darren Gowell represented Sourcepoint.
