Propriety Insurance Partners with Grid151 on Title Insurance for Real Estate Captives

Chicago-based Propriety Insurance Advisors announced a strategic partnership with Grid151, a technology-powered insurance and fulfillment platform.

The collaboration will enable Propriety to integrate Grid151’s title reinsurance program into captives owned by real estate-focused organizations, creating customized risk management solutions designed specifically for institutional real estate investors and operators.

The partnership aims to redefine risk management in real estate transactions by embedding title reinsurance within captive insurance structures, providing cost efficiency and enhanced flexibility. This initiative empowers clients to mitigate risks associated with property transactions while leveraging the stability and control of captive insurance models to drive down costs.

“We are excited to join forces with Grid151 to deliver innovative title insurance solutions tailored to the unique needs of the real estate industry,” said John Philipchuck, Founder and CEO at Propriety. “This partnership will enable real estate owners to significantly optimize title insurance cost relative to traditional risk transfer, helping them enhance profitability and achieve their investment goals with greater confidence.”
