Property Manager Bozzuto Plans West Coast Expansion

Property management firm Bozzuto plans to expand its property management operations to the West Coast this year, with a focus on major gateway markets in California, Washington and beyond. Since its founding in 1988 in Maryland, Bozzuto has expanded to 11 markets along the East Coast as well as Chicago and Milwaukee.

To assist in the Western expansion, the company has hired Heather Wallace as managing director of client services. Reporting directly to president Stephanie Williams, Wallace will remain based in Northern California, and help to build a national presence and refine Bozzuto’s business development strategy.

Formerly a senior executive with Sares Regis Group, Wallace has more than 20 years in the industry, serving in key positions in operations, acquisitions and development.

“It has never been a goal of ours to be the biggest company. We simply want to be the best,” says president and CEO Toby Bozzuto. “Because of our longstanding trusted client relationships, we have been fortunate to experience tremendous organic growth.”
