Property Management Veteran Humphrey Joins Westmount
Westmount Realty Capital, LLC has hired John Humphrey as senior property manager—Chicago. Humphrey (pictured) brings over 23 years’ commercial real estate asset and property management experience to Westmount and will oversee the company’s Chicago-area industrial portfolio of 4.675 million square feet.
Clifford Booth, CEO of Westmount, said Humphrey’s “depth of experience with similar assets in this market will complement and strengthen our existing asset and property management team.”
Humphrey previously spent 10 years with CBRE as associate director—asset services and senior real estate manager, respectively. As senior real estate manager, Humphrey oversaw two Chicago-area industrial and office portfolios of 7.9 million square feet.
Before joining CBRE, he held senior leasing and management positions at RREEF Alternative Investments, overseing a Chicago industrial portfolio totaling more than five million square feet. Before joining RREEF Alternative Investments, he held management positions at Northern Builders Inc.
