Property Damage Appraisers Relocates HQ

Property Damage Appraisers (PDA) signed a lease for its national headquarters at the Pier 1 Imports Building in Fort Worth. The company signed a 22,414-square-foot lease with building owner Hertz Investment Group for new corporate offices at 100 Pier One Place. Hertz Investment Group’s Michael Morgan and JLL’s Pat McDowell negotiated the lease between tenant and landlord.

The company currently operates at 6100 Southwest Blvd., on Fort Worth’s southwest side. “Property Damage Appraisers is experiencing strong momentum and a record-breaking year in sales growth,” said PDA’s Tom Dolfay. “Moving our headquarters into the Pier 1 Building is one of many important initiatives we have in action . . . the move was chosen because of its prime location, professional environment and amenities for our loyal team members.”

PDA, a leading independent damage appraisal firm, focuses on damage done to heavy equipment, over-the-road truck, specialty equipment, autos, RVs and boats.
