Proper Title Expands Downtown, Adds St. Charles Office

Proper Title, LLC, a full-service title insurance firm serving the commercial and residential real estate industry, has expanded its Loop office and opened a new location in St. Charles, IL. Located at 180 N. LaSalle St., the Loop office now has 9,700 square feet and 12 closing rooms.

“The Loop office is one of our busiest, and its central location places us near many of our real estate attorney clients,” said David Garside, EVP of title and escrow operations at Proper Title. “The expansion was needed to meet the increased demand we’ve experienced over the past few years.”

Rising demand also led to the opening of a new, temporary 1,200-square-foot office at 440 S. 3rd St. in St. Charles. “In an effort to be responsive to our clients, we decided to open an office before a permanent solution was found,” said Garside.
