The former Sinclair Oil company moves to One Victory Park

Prominent Oil Company Leases Three Floors at One Victory Park

The company is best known for its green-colored gas stations with the dinasaur. HF Sinclair, the former Sinclair Oil, signed a 90,609-square-foot lease for its global headquarters and will occupy three floors at the 436,000-square-foot, One Victory Park. Clarion Partners owns the 20-story office building in Dallas.

The deal marks a relocation for the energy firm, currently in the Harwood District, near The Crescent. Cushman & Wakefield’s Matt Schendle led a team who represented the landlord and negotiated on behalf of the tenant

Hines developed One Victory Park between 2006 and 2008 as the office anchor of the 75-acre Victory Park master-planned project. Clarion Partners purchased the building in 2016.

During its ownership, Clarion made significant upgrades to One Victory Park. The property now includes a newly renovated fitness center and a 6,200-square-foot conference center featuring an executive board room and catering kitchen, together with a full-service bank, six-story parking deck, on-site concierge and a 10,000 square foot food court, ready in 2024.
