Prologis Buys Chantilly Industrial Warehouse for $77M

Prologis Inc. has bought a new flex industrial facility in Chantilly for $76.5 million. The 232,500-square-foot facility, completed in 2024, is on about 15.5 acres near Dulles International Airport.

The San Francisco real estate investment trust, which specializes in logistics, industrial and data centers, acquired 43035 Little River Turnpike, a Class A warehouse called ELP Dulles, reported the Washington Business Journal.

Miami-based Elion Partners was the seller, and the company had Elion acquire the undeveloped site in 2021 for $13.1 million. According to CBRE marketing materials, the property has 220,900 square feet dedicated to warehouse space and 11,600 square feet dedicated to office space. It also has an internal clear height of 36 feet, 37 loading docks, plus parking for 42 trailers and 172 cars.
