Prologis Buys 50-Acre Industrial Land 

Prologis, a logistics real estate and sustainable development company, has purchased a 50.3-acre site in Prince George’s County, Maryland., from May Riegler Companies. The price was not disclosed. 

Prologis plans to develop a 340,000-square-foot state-of-the-art industrial park on the property. The site, fully entitled for Class-A industrial development, the location offers direct frontage on the Capital Beltway (I-495) with access to Washington, DC, and proximity to three international airports.
