Prologis Buys 47-Acre Somerset Land for Industrial Development 

Prologis has bought a 47-acre land in Somerset, New Jersey. The firm plans to develop an industrial space spanning approximately 436,900 square feet. The sale price was not disclosed.  

Located at 187 Davidson Avenue, the sustainable development, set to complete in 2024, will offer features like a 40-foot clear height and 190-foot truck court depth.  

The transaction was facilitated by a Colliers team led by Noah Balanoff, Mark Hay and Jacquelyn Severino. The team has also been selected as the leasing agents for the forthcoming property.
