ProLogis Begins Work on 833K-SF Mustang Park

ProLogis Inc. launched construction on its most recent Dallas-Fort Worth-area project, an industrial development known as Mustang Park. The two-building, 833,600-square-foot speculative development is on Mustang Drive, near SH 114 in Grapevine, TX. The project is scheduled for completion by Q4 2020.

Mustang Park will have 401,280-square-foot and 432,320-square-foot warehouse buildings, which will be in close proximity to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. Leasing is handled by Trey Fricke, SIOR and Reid Bassinger of Lee & Associates. Peinado Construction is the general contractor.
