Prologis Announces Leadership Moves for Mid-Atlantic Market

Prologis today announced the promotion of Danielle Schline to Senior Vice President, Investment Officer for the Mid-Atlantic market, where she will oversee the region’s capital deployment activities. The company has also hired Emily Smith as Vice President and Market Officer, responsible for overseeing the company’s Mid-Atlantic operating portfolio, as well as team talent and customer engagement.

Schline brings 22 years of expertise in the real estate industry, encompassing acquisitions, dispositions, development and portfolio management. In her new role, she leads strategic acquisitions and capital deployment in the Mid-Atlantic, overseeing a land bank of 350 acres across Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia.

Smith joins Prologis as Market Officer for the Mid-Atlantic market, bringing over 18 years of commercial real estate experience across office, medical, retail and industrial sectors. She leads the market leasing, operations and portfolio expansion strategy. Prologis’ real estate portfolio consists of 135 buildings totaling over 18 million square feet.
