Plano Prologis 8-building business park okayed by Plano P & Z commission

Prologis Adding Nearly 1 Million Square Feet of Industrial Space in Plano

The country’s top industrial owner and developer is planning an eight building warehouse project on Bush Turnpike at Custer Road. The site is replacing a once thriving office complex on Plano’s southern border that housed companies such as NTT Data, Dell, Perot Systems and ARCO. It was demolished in 2018. Prologis purchased the 64-acre property near the end of 2021.

The town’s Planning and Zoning Commission recently approved plans for the new business park which, when completed, will be one of the largest industrial developments in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area.

Prologis owns more than 200 Dallas-Ft. Worth warehouses with nearly 40 million square feet of space. The company recently paid $26 billion to acquire competitor Duke Realty.
