Project Management Veteran Prioleau Joins Savills’ Macro

Macro, a Savills company, has added DeVon Prioleau as director, as part of Macro’s continued commitment to grow and scale its global end-to-end project and program management platform. His two decades’ industry experience bridges design and real estate development, with a deep expertise in sustainable development, both domestically and internationally, in sectors including hospitality and retail.

Michael Glatt, North American head of project management of Savills, said, “DeVon’s experience in design, sustainability, planning, and construction management aligns perfectly with our mission to empower and support our clients as we help them address their current and future challenges.”

Before joining Macro, Prioleau was the Founding Principal of PRI-O-LEAU Development Group, where he advised real estate owners, clients, developers, investors, local municipalities, and nonprofit organizations. He has managed projects up to and over 1.5 million square feet in size, guiding clients through the entire life cycle of a project.
