Rancho Cucamonga-based Progressive Real Estate Partners has signed a pair of leases for indoor swim schools at neighborhood shopping centers in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, and La Verne, CA.

According to the firm, the signing of the deals reflects the increasing number of service tenants leasing retail space and offering experiences that can’t be replicated on the internet, like swim lessons.

Both locations will operate year-round and are projected to be open by this summer. The two leases include:

– Aqua-Tots for 6,400 square feet, including an indoor heated pool, at 8750 Baseline Rd., Rancho Cucamonga, in the Stater Bros. anchored center at the corner of Baseline and Archibald.

– Water Wings for 5,600 square feet in a brand new retail building located at 929 Foothill Blvd. in La Verne, also featuring an indoor heated pool.

Progressive’s Pablo Velasco handled Aqua Tots and Roxy Klein handled Water Wings.
