Progressive Real Estate Partners Reps Crumbl in Trio of Leases

Inland Empire-based Progressive Real Estate Partners has represented a Crumbl Cookies franchisee in leasing three locations in Glendora, Diamond Bar and La Verne, CA. Known for their baked fresh on-site presentation and famous pink box, the Crumbl Cookies stores are now part of the fast growing company’s 600 locations in 47 states.

Progressive Real Estate Partner’s VP of Retail Leasing & Sales Roxy Klein represented the Crumbl franchisee. The locations include:

  • A 1,200 square foot store at Glendora Marketplace on East Gladstone street in Glendora, CA, anchored by Best Buy, Barnes & Noble and AMC.
  • A 1,685 square foot endcap location (pictured) at a Target-anchored retail center on Golden Springs Drive in Diamond Bar, CA.
  • A 2,600 square foot space opening in 2023 at the main entrance of the La Verne Town Center on Foothill Boulevard in La Verne, CA, anchored by Target, Marshalls and Staples.

Mark comes to ConnectCRE with an extensive background as a business and news reporter in San Francisco radio, as well as 35 years as a traffic reporter on several stations including KGO, KNBR, KCBS and KFRC.
