‘Progressive Graduation Labs’ Transforms Biotech Workspace

J. Calnan & Associates is propelling the “Progressive Graduation Labs” at Labs@128 Station in Westwood, MA, designed by Lightstone Life Sciences. These adaptable BSL2 lab suites, ranging from 5,000 to 165,000 square feet in a singular facility, address biotech industry workspace limitations.

“Labs@128 Station is proud to offer the lowest total cost of occupancy in the world’s largest lab cluster, providing the ideal environment to nurture biotech innovations,” says Bill Hunter of Lightstone Life Sciences. The final space is slated for delivery in Q1 2024.
