Professional Women in Construction Names ‘23 Award Winners 

The annual awards program by the Boston Chapter of Professional Women in Construction (PWC) celebrated the achievements of notable professionals in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.  

The 2023 PWC Boston Award winners include Stephanie Crepeau, superintendent at BOND Building, recognized as the Rising Star. Kelsey Rogers, senior consultant in Acoustics at Acentech, received the Excellence in Mentorship award. Jill Papagni, handling Business Development at DPR, was honored as Volunteer of the Year.  

Riane Ragno, Diversity & Workforce coordinator at Cranshaw Construction, earned the Community Impact award. Lynne Deninger, office practice Leader at CannonDesign, was acknowledged as Woman of Achievement. The event took place at Artists for Humanity, aligning with Construction Inclusion Week, and featured a new category highlighting PWC members’ community contributions.
