Procopio Hires New General Superintendent
The Procopio Companies, a real estate development and construction management firm based in Middleton, MA, has hired Andy Cogliano as General Superintendent.
With 39 years of experience, Cogliano brings extensive knowledge from overseeing a wide range of projects in prestigious higher education campuses across New England, as well as experience in the multifamily residential and life science sectors. In his new role, Cogliano will lead field supervision teams and manage construction sites, contributing to the company’s growth plans, including projects in Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, and a planned expansion to Florida.
“With experience supervising such a diverse range of project types, Andy brings a unique and seasoned perspective to our active construction sites,” says Greg Procopio, executive vice president. “We look forward to continue integrating him into the team across current and future projects.”
