Procopio Cos. Completes Construction on 62-Unit MF Property in Beverly

Real estate development and construction management firm The Procopio Cos. has completed construction on the second building at its Sedna property in Beverly, MASS. The first building opened to residents in October 2020.

The nearly four-acre property consists of 62 units and is located on the Beverly waterfront. The property offers residents and the community of Beverly access to an oceanfront park with 1,500 feet of boardwalk and 1,200 feet of new sea wall. Every unit at the community includes water views.
