Pro Soccer’s Two Oak Ventures Plans $45M Training Facility
Austin FC soccer team owner Two Oak Ventures announced plans to build a $45 million training facility, St. David’s Performance Center. The 23-acre complex, named for a partnership with St. David’s HealthCare, will anchor the mixed-use Parmer Innovation Centers, a 300-acre campus under development by Karlin Real Estate in northeast Austin.
The training center will be at 13011-D McCallen Pass, less than 15 minutes away from the soccer stadium, which is also under development at McKalla Place. The facility will include four full-sized soccer fields, along with a 30,000-square-foot, single-story building for professional and Academy players, as well as operations and technical staff.
St. David’s Performance Center is scheduled to open in spring 2021, in time for the club’s first major league soccer season.
