A single-tenant Orangetheory Fitness in Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood has sold in a transaction arranged by Greenstone Partners

Private Investor Snags Wicker Park Orangetheory Location

Greenstone Partners arranged the sale of a single-tenant retail location in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood. Senior director Brewster Hague brokered the $1.5-million ground-floor retail transaction at 1634 W. North Avenue.

The 3,800-square-foot space is currently occupied by Orangetheory Fitness. Previously owned by a Chicago-based developer, the property has sold to a Chicago-based private investor.

“The Wicker Park/Bucktown submarket is one of Chicago’s few areas with a 24-hour live, work, and play scene,” said Hague. “The lively daytime and nighttime environment and strong demographics appeal to investors. We had strong investor interest for this single-tenant listing ranging from local to out-of-state investors.”
