Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a four-unit apartment property located in San Diego's North Park neighborhood to a private investor

Private Investor Snags North Park Multifamily

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of 4167-71 Kansas St., a four-unit apartment property located in San Diego’s North Park neighborhood. The property sold for $1,870,000.

The buyer, a private investor, was procured by senior associate Ben Sierpina and Raymond S. Choi, SVP investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Del Mar office.

“The buyer was motivated to purchase this property due to its proximity to several other apartment complexes they own in the area and the opportunity to add value and increase rents over time,” said Sierpina. “The buyer obtained financing and escrow was closed in 30 days. They have plans to hold this property long-term and will continue to renovate and improve this property over time.”
