Private ‘Indoor’ Golf Club to Open in Uptown Houston
Intown Golf Club has signed a 14,075-square-foot lease at Four Oaks Place, the 2.3 million-square-foot, Class A campus in Uptown Houston. The members-only club will fully occupy the existing Nuveen-owned building located at 1415 South Post Oak Lane.
“We think most cities in America need more accessible golf options and new ways to discover the game. And we have all the golf elements green-grass facilities have… just indoors,” added Intown’s Michael Williamson.
Set to open in the summer of 2025, Intown will accommodate over 200 guests at once and has already begun accepting membership applications. The social club will feature a comprehensive food and beverage program, an indoor putting green, eight simulator bays and golf lounges equipped with Trackman Technology, men’s and women’s locker rooms, a covered patio, and a spacious outdoor area with a planned putting green.
Transwestern’s Crystal Allen and Paula Musa are currently marketing the 7,468-square-foot second generation space as the last retail availability on the Four Oaks Place campus.
