Private Firms Trade Multi-Tenant Vernon Hills Retail

Quantum Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of a multi-tenant retail shopping center at 271 Townline Rd. in Vernon Hills, IL. The property sold for $6,800,000.

At the time of sale, the property was 100% occupied by Starbuck’s, For Eyes, Maciano’s Pizza, FedEx, Cold Stone Creamery, and a few local tenants.

Both the buyer and seller were private real estate investment firms based in Chicago. Jason Lenhoff, SVP of Quantum, represented the buyer.

“Aspen Pointe is a terrific location,” said Lenhoff. “It is within close proximity to the regional mall, has excellent frontage on the main road, and has excellent credit tenants.”

He continued, “The buyer was in an exchange and was able to quickly identify this property and close. The location and tenants are both a great long-term investment for this buyer.”
