Marcus & Millichap (MMI) has completed the sale transaction for a San Diego multi-tenant office property located at 2605 Camino Del Rio South. The 25,655-square foot asset sold for $4,975,000. The four-story building was updated in 2018 with $300,000 of improvements.

MMI’s Ben Tashakorian, Chris Zorbas and Brad Peters marketed the property and represented the seller, 2605 Camino Del Rio S, LLC. The buyer, a private investor from San Diego, was represented by Drew Lambert and Shay Stevenson of DJR Realty.

Current tenants include Sackett National Holdings, Credit One, National Credit Center and PeopleFacts, which willl remain in the building. The buyer will occupy the remaining portion of the building as a user.
