Priority Moving Signs S.D. Industrial Lease

Priority Moving has signed a five-year lease valued at $2 million over a four-year term in San Diego’s Carmel Mountain Ranch area. The property, located at 12270 World Trade Drive, encompasses 35,250 square feet.  

CBRE industrial brokers Bill Dolan and Chris Pascale represented the landlord Clarion Partners, and Jones Lang LaSalle’s Nicole Winters represented Priority Moving in the deal.

Dolan noted, “The tenant was attracted to the high quality features of the subject property… [and its] proximity to Interstate 15.”
