Principle Construction Hires New Project Manager

Principle Construction Corp. has hired Matthew Cotherman as a project manager. In his new role, Cotherman will be providing direction for several projects, including General RV’s parking lot expansion in Huntley, IL; a 16,500-square-foot expansion in Woodridge, IL; a new 63,578-square-foot manufacturing and office facility in Elmhurst, IL; and a 39,700-square-foot tenant improvement in Buffalo Grove, IL.

Cotherman has worked as a construction manager or superintendent for several companies throughout Illinois and the Midwest, along with working as a self-employed construction manager on projects in Chicago, New York and Las Vegas.

He has led tenant improvements for more than $13 million in projects for retailer Marc Jacobs in Manhattan, Las Vegas and Chicago, and worked on more than $20 million in tenant improvements of office and laboratory space for Sysmex throughout Chicago’s northern suburbs.
