Principle Construction Completes Industrial Expansion for Manufacturer
Principle Construction Corp. has completed construction on a 21,427-square-foot office and manufacturing space for international retro-reflective sheeting manufacturer Avery Dennison at 902 Feehanville Drive in Mount Prospect, Illinois. The expansion includes 11,576 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space and 9,851 square feet of two-story office space on a two-acre site.
Principle and Avery Dennison hosted a recent ribbon cutting and grand opening event for the new facility. Principle Construction’s Jim Greco was the project manager on the project, Mark Frane served as superintendent and James Brucato was the principal. Vivek Singla of CBRE represented Avery Dennison as their project manager, and Cornerstone Architects was the project architect.
“After more than 40 years in Mount Prospect, Avery Dennison finally has the space they need. The brand new expansion offers its employees all the amenities while conveniently staying in close proximity to their valuable employees,” says Principle Construction President, James A. Brucato.
