Principal Investments Expands Dallas Headquarters

Principal Investments had doubled its size, adding 4,545 square feet of boutique office space to its headquarters in Highland Park, in Dallas, TX.

The media and investment company acquired two speculative suites to expand its headquarters, located at 4300 MacArthur Drive, to 7,101 square feet. Jared Laake, vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Richmond Collinsworth, senior vice president and managing partner, represented the landlord in the direct deal, which runs co-terminus with the original lease.

With Principal Investments leasing both spec suites, plans are underway to create two more from the remaining 4,392 sf of contiguous space. One of Highland Park West’s draws is the location – just a block from the Lemmon Avenue entrance/exit to the Dallas North Tollway and close to Love Field and Downtown Dallas.

Erik Hamilton, who has more than 15 years in CRE journalism, is a former staff writer with the Los Angeles Times and the Orange County Business Journal. In addition to The Times and the OCBJ, he was also a reporter and editor for Crittenden Research, The San Bernardino Sun and UPI. Erik also worked six years in CRE public relations with Los Angeles-based Hoyt Organization, where he was a Senior Account Executive.
