Princeton RE Veteran Thompson Joins Colliers

W. Bryce Thompson has joined Colliers International as managing director in its Princeton, NJ office. Thompson, who has spent his entire career working in real estate in Princeton, joins Colliers from local development company Lanwin Development Corp., where he served as president.

Prior to his role with Lanwin, Thompson was VP of sales and leasing at Thompson Land Company, a family-owned property management business in Princeton.

“We’re thrilled to have an industry expert with Bryce’s pedigree join our team,” said Dennis Waggner, executive managing director of Colliers’ New Jersey region. “His years spent developing expertise working with landlords will be invaluable as we continue building a roster of well-rounded, top-tier brokerage professionals.

“Bryce is very well respected in the Princeton marketplace, and his deep knowledge of this market will be critical as the firm continues expanding its footprint in the city and across New Jersey,” he added.
