Primoris Expanding Texas Reach

Communications infrastructure company Primoris Services Corp. has plans to expand in Texas. The company, located in the Dallas suburb of Balch Springs, is starting work on an 80,000-square-foot warehouse with 20,000 square feet of office space included. It’s the company’s third operations center in North Texas.

The Dallas Business Journal reports leaders at Primoris anticipate completing the warehouse by July 2024, with office build-out wrapping up by October 2024. Construction costs are estimated to be around $9 million.

O’Brien Architects will design the building and Plano-headquartered Rockport Construction Group will be the general contractor.

The Future Infrastructure division provides maintenance, repair, upgrade and installation services for industries such as telecommunications, utilities and transportation.
