Prime Therapeutics Breaks Ground on 400K-SF Twin Cities Facility

Prime Therapeutics LLC broke ground on a 400,000-square-foot operations facility in Eagan, MN. The project is being developed in two phases for the Twin Cities-based pharmacy benefit manager by Minneapolis-based United Properties.  The first phase is slated to be completed and ready for occupancy by late 2018, with the second phase expected to deliver in early 2020.

The 40-acre site is within an office park south of Interstate 494 and east of Dodd Road, adjacent to the new Minnesota Vikings corporate HQ. It will be home to Prime’s IT and operations teams, and will be flexible enough to accommodate Prime staff from four existing locations while also allowing for future growth.

The facility will feature an open office environment, with numerous conference and meeting space options, a more than 300-seat auditorium, a fitness center with views of Lake Shanahan, an expansive cafeteria and an outdoor patio and terrace.
