Prime Locations of Lacey, WA Expands

Prime Locations, a commercial real estate company in Lacey, WA (near Olympia) has created the Prime Unique Properties Division. The new division will focus on timber and forest lands, as well as high-amenity properties, culturally significant locations, industrial and redevelopment opportunities and conservation areas and easements.

Troy Dana has been named vice president of the division. Dana, owner of Dana Commercial Real Estate, is also former chief executive of Hodges, Gilliam and Dana Real Estate. The latter firm, which operated out of Olympia, was sold to Colliers International in 2007.

Doug Mah & Associates has also been retained by Prime Locations for management and public affairs services.
