Prime Clerk Nearly Triples Space at Liberty Bklyn

Prime Clerk has nearly tripled its space at Madison Capital and Salmar Properties’ Liberty Bklyn in Sunset Park. Prime Clerk, a Duff & Phelps division that provides third-party legal administrative services, expanded from its current 18,940-square-foot space on the fourth floor to an additional and adjacent 11,761-square-foot unit and 21,000 square feet on the third floor, for a total of 51,701 square feet.

“As our business continues to grow, Liberty Bklyn will be an instrumental step in expanding our service footprint,” said Michael J. Frishberg, president and COO, Prime Clerk. “We will greatly benefit from having more of our operations in one place, upgrading our efficiency and our ability to best serve our clients.”

A Pinnacle Realty team of David Junik, Steve Nadel, Mark Caso and Nechama Liberow represented the property’s ownership. There were no brokers on the tenant side.
