Prime Chatsworth Industrial Fetches Nearly $11M

Lee & Associates – LA North/Ventura principals Scott Caswell and Erica Balin have closed on the sale of a $10.7-million, 37,000-square-foot industrial building located at 9223 Deering Ave. in Chatsworth. Caswell and Balin represented both the undisclosed buyer and the seller, Northwest Industrial Center, LLC.

“Prime industrial property remains hard to find even in this current environment,” said Caswell. “There is no question that industrial, particularly when it is well located, continues to be a product type that remains popular, particularly given the lack of inventory in the area.”

Located in Northpark Industrial Center, the site was previously home to a database management company. The sale was the largest this quarter for Lee LA North/Ventura
