Priderock Pays $42M for Jupiter Multifamily

Priderock Capital Partners of West Palm Beach has reportedly paid Eastwind Development $42 million for Dakota at Abacoa. The 190-unit multifamily property is situated on six acres at 3334 Bismark Lane in Jupiter, FL.

Dakota’s amenities include: a conference room, clubhouse, pool and poolside lounge, and a fitness center. Based on CoStar data, the average asking rent per unit is $1,784 per month, and the average unit spans 1,243 square feet.

Eastwind, the property’s developer, paid $1.2 million three years ago to buy the acreage on which the Dakota sits. Eastwind is headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
