Priciest Housing Markets in the U.S.
Coldwell Banker released its Home Listing Report, which includes data from over 2,000 real estate markets across the nation. With analysis of more than 50,000 four-bedroom and two-bathroom homes, the report ranks the most expensive real estate markets in the country.
Numbers one through 11 are all in California, and Coldwell Bankers’ CEO, Charlie Young, attributes it to the old saying, “location, location, location.” With weather and tech hubs being prime factors to attract residents, both the state and even more specifically, Silicon Valley, cover the bases.
